PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within two business days (Monday – Friday). However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping options:
Ground – Shipping time is usually 4 to 7 days.
Priority – Shipping time is usually 1 to 4 days.
Please be sure to double-check your shipping information before the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped with incorrect shipping information (i.e. the address is spelled incorrectly).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

American Mission is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If package is lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, however we will do anything we can to assist with providing necessary information.

RETURNS

How to return an item
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. In order to be eligible for a return, you must request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing customer service at info@americanmission.us and including your telephone number and address and an explanation of the reason for the request. If we authorize the return you must prepay the shipping cost and follow our instructions. Once we receive the returned product, allow 5-7 days to process the return.
